Haupteigenschaften
1. Derzeit haben wir mehr als 10 Arten von Rohstoffen, so dass wir mehr als 900 Arten von Magnetkernen, mit den kompletten Typen, breiter Anwendung und zuverlässiger Qualität zu produzieren.
2. Diese Art von weichem Ferritkern besteht aus dem Hochtemperatur-Material mit niedrigem Verbrauch und dem Material mit hoher magnetischer Permeabilität, was einen relativ geringen Leistungsverlust bei hoher Temperatur zeigt. Wir können auch kleinere Produkte an unterschiedliche Anwendungsfelder anpassen.
3. Um eine hohe Qualität und hohe Wirtschaftlichkeit zu gewährleisten, importierte unser Unternehmen Toshiba-Ofen, Tamagawa-Pressen und hochmoderne CNC-Schleifmaschinen und brachte fortschrittliche Sintertechniken und Umformtechniken ein. Deshalb können wir eine jährliche Produktion von 12.000 Tonnen erreichen.
4. Für die Qualitätssicherung haben wir zuverlässige Rohstoffhersteller ausgewählt. Die wichtigsten Eisenoxidlieferanten umfassen Japan JFE, Korea RG und China Steel Corporation. Main Mangan-Manganoxid-Hersteller sind Hunan Special Metal Materials Factory und Kingray New Materials Science & Technology Co., Ltd.
5. Wir legen großen Wert auf die Produktqualität und führen strenge Tests vom Rohstoff bis zum Endprodukt durch. Die hochpräzisen Prüfgeräte beinhalten das Bruker-Röntgenfluoreszenzspektrometer, das hochfrequente Verlustleistungsmessgerät, das S4 PIONEER-Röntgenfluoreszenzspektrophotometer usw.
Verpackung
Vor dem Verlassen der Fabrik müssen alle magnetischen Produkte gut verpackt sein, um eventuelle Brüche oder Beschädigungen zu vermeiden. Darüber hinaus kann die Verpackungsweise auch von Kunden entschieden werden.
Anwendung
Der Ferritkern ist weit verbreitet in elektronischen Wechselrichter, Antriebstransformator, Hochfrequenz-Transformator, Leistungsinduktivität, LED-Treiber-Transformator angewendet.
